Ray, it is one of the best articles written on the hypocrisy of Democrats. The Democrats have no conscience and no feeling for the deaths of people in Palestine. I am an independent myself, and would blame the Democrats for the problems we have today. I was hoping the supporters of Trump would see that their own rights are violated and would vote out the Republican majority. But it may not happen with the way Democrats are behaving.

I can quibble with you about how much the Democrats are empowering Trump, but I agree with your message. The American Founders said all men are created equal and life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are all mankind's inalienable rights. Neither American political party seems to acknowledge that today.

Good grief, the Trump-is-Hitler argument is such an insult. I believe your arguments about due process would be more valid if Garcia was citizen, but that's not the case. It was really disappointed to see you try to push these point that not even Bill Maher could get behind.

“more valid” is a key phrase … due process is not a suggestion or a half measure

My word choice was a failure. In binary terms, citizens are due the protections in the US constitution. Garcia got exactly the due process he deserved... the deportation process. I remain very critical of your bias. Why don't you write about the root cause - about why millions of unvetted illegal aliens got moved to sanctuary cities? Why don't you have the curiosity to ask why leftists want to funnel billions of tax payer dollars toward housing, welfare, food, and cash benefits for these illegals?

Problem is the most powerful "democrats" are all ultra Zionists. Studies have showed this as #1 reason they lost the presidential election. AIPAC has a stranglehold on the party. And the ones who dare question are smeared in the press. Bernie was my last hope but Debbie Wasserman Shultz made sure the delegates wouldn't go to him.

When JFK was murdered, that was the coup that gave the Zionist mob the power to control the white house.

Where did I say that civilians who break the the law are not entitled to due process? Why should the United States pay for to have illegals here? Why? If an illegal is caught committing a crime he should be departed to his country for his due process. Let their countries deal with him. And the reason I responded to you is that I AM EXTREMELY PATRIOTIC and I'm tired of all the Aclu idiots whining and telling people what is right. Again, you are just like the press saying how close Trump is to Putin. As you know the middle east doesn't know the meaning of diplomacy, never has. Did you ever think that Trump maybe is trying to get Putin to the table and that is why he is cordial to him. Ever hear of the trojan horse? Again what does "reviewed" mean?

So if a known terrorist is found or an illegal immigrant that commits murder is captured shall we offer them due process? That would tie up our courts forever. Remember illegal immigrants BROKE THE LAW! Break the law in Mexico and see what happens.

Yes. ANY person accused of murder or terrorism or ANY CRIME should be prosecuted in a court of law and evidence MUST BE PRESENTED ... and IF convicted, they would be punished. But if someone says you are a terrorist and they arrest you and your family, you are saying that enough to justify your incarceration? Abrego Garcia is NOT an illegal alien. Anyone in the country illegally should be expelled ... but don't mix that with the ifrst part, which is what you are trying to do. If you entered the country illegally, you should be reviewed and expelled. But, if you are accused of committing a crime (murder, terrorism) you MUST rove it in a court of law as a citizen or a visa holder.

I am so sorry that the Rule of Law "ties up" our courts forever as you say. But that is what this country is founded on

As far as I'm concerned a known terrorist is known for a reason and has been labeled as such. Sounds like you don't believe in gitmo. Every person in this country should have a national ID no execptions. Unfortunately Sleepy Joe and the dems have ruined this country and I do mean Ruined. And how fast can you review 20,000,000 illegals and what is this costing the taxpayers and citizens of this country? If you can't prove you are a citizen you should not be reviewed but immediately expelled. Expel them and let them come in legally. A national ID would greatly help.

You are mixing apples and oranges -- no pun intended on the President who is driving this country to the ground by sucking up to Russian communists like Putin -- a known terrorist, by the way --

A "known terrorist" is still an obscure defintion ... Osama Bin Laden was a known terrorist and deserved punishment in terms of war and conflict ... but individuals charged with crimes, especially citizens and Visa holders who ARE IN THE COUNTRY LEGALLY, MUST BE PROTECTED BY DUE PROCESS ... quit skipping around the issue ...

I agree that illegal aliens should be removed. So don't pretend I disagree on that issue. But I INSIST that anyone accused of a crime has the right to DUE PROCESS ... not people who are engaged in warfare ... they -- terrorists, combatants, etc -- are subject to the 4th Geneva Conventions, which we ratified

You can't pick and choose when to apply the Rule of Law or the US Constitution, which is what you are trying to do ...

Trump is going way beyond his authority, just as Hitler did, to prosecute people because he hates them, not because they did anything illegal at all

Calling someone a terrorist, with no proof, or a criminal, with no proof, is fascism, which is what my father, uncle, brother and I fought against in the U.S. Military.

Did you serve by the way? Or is patriotism just a bludgeon to attack others? I'm curious

Thanks
