The big problem is any community is that the first step in Success is to recognize your faults and address and correct them. If you can't do that, you can't be successful ... in my community, many don't want to admit mistakes, faults, errors or failures because they view it as "haram," or a shame ... it's tragic how my culture discourages acknowledging and correcting faults ... I am sure it happens in other cultures, too, but it is too frequent in mine
