Former Congressman Bill Lipinski and former City Hall reporter Ray Hanania discuss the battle over Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot's vaccination mandate, push back from City Council members including Ald. Silvana Tabares of the 23rd Ward, and the war of words by Lightfoot against FOP President John Catanzara. A pro-Lightfoot judge Cecilia Horan unethically issued a restraining order against Catanzara censoring his right to express his views on Lightfoot's vaccine mandate on Chicago Police. Horan worked with Lightfoot and shares a strong connection through their association with Gay Rights organizations. Lightfoot is a hypocrite who claims to embrace diversity but in reality discriminates against a majority of Americans who are not women, not Gay and not African American, targeting the city with anti-White policies.
Lipinski offers a brief tribute to Phil Kadner, former Southtown writer, columnist who retired this week. Hanania offers a slightly different perspective of his former colleague at the Southtown and run-ins they have had.
