No justice in New York's politically skewered judicial system

There can be no justice in New York's political prosecution of former President Donald Trump. In the balance of the judicial system there, Trump is guilty until proven innocent

PAID/Politics-Trump Prosecution/Wednesday, April 17, 2024

When it comes to the prosecution of former President Donald Trump, New York’s judicial system is far more politically corrupt than the kangaroo courts that served as the foundation of the tyranny that governs most of the world worst banana republics.

America is so politically polarized by a corrupt mainstream news media, and a broken two-party political system that you can’t get justice in any political case involving either side of the divided political spectrum.

But the worst imbalance is against the former president, who is facing hush money charges in the court room of politically biased New York Judge Juan Merchan. Trump haters swear up and down that Merchan is the second coming of Christ, which Trump’s defense team has expressed legitimate concerns about his family’s left-leaning political ties and New York’s Leftist environment that has been beating the drums against Trump more aggressively than many other states.

It’s amazing that in America, a man accused of a crime can’t speak out against what he believes is an injustice without being sanctioned by a Democratic Party political judge.

This column isn’t about Trump, whether he is guilty or innocent. It is about whether or not America’s judicial system is truly about justice or has it also become a part of the country’s corrupt and polarized political system.
